There are seven main chakras, each located at a specific point along the spine, starting from the base and moving up to the crown of the head.


  • Root Chakra (Base of the spine): Relates to feelings of safety and grounding.
  • Sacral Chakra (Lower abdomen): Connects to creativity and emotions.
  • Solar Plexus Chakra (Upper abdomen): Is linked to confidence and control.
